Hi, I don`t really like the USAriadna Mavericks motorbikes, especially the big lheadlights module with the wind shield... I would like to convert them or to use a different infinity range model. The conversion should be somehow to cut the headlights module away and to find a way to glue the handlebar on the forward wheel forks, so that it seems realistic if also essential (without odometer or any other indicator). The motorbike would result less massive and more dynamic. Can this modification be easily done on this model ? On the other side, the motorbikes of the other factions look too technological for Ariadna, isn`t it ? The Kums could be eventually be used for the Desperadoes... but also in case, how could I modify them to let them appear as regular USA forces ? Has someone any idea about a good conversion for any of these models ?
The best choice i've seen so far is something somebody did last year (i think) where they replaced the bikes with the quads in this Airfix kit, but the thread was on the old forum and therefore is lost. The result was quite cool i might add.
If memory serves that was TheDiceAbide's good 'ol USAriadna. I can't figure out for the life of me how to link him to this post so he gets a ping but he could probably confirm the conversion or supply a picture if asked nicely.
I wonder if you could make a press-mould of the front of the Desperasdo's bikes as they don't have the windshields.
