This unit will cost 15pts thanks to its sub machine gun and the religious skill. I think we'll more likely have a BS15 MSV2 MML2 SSN2 total reaction HRMC TAG. The perfect murder machine for being sure noone, even a Kamau Sniper, can challenge its supremacy outside of the 8" range. It will cost 150 points but you won't need that much orders because your opponent will loose his troopers when forced to cross his path.
