They already said the resolution: 540p on portable mode and 720p with dynamic resolution docked. Meh. Nothing said about framerate. @Koin-Koin I'm having so much fun with that DLC... And i really want to see FL4K gameplay, but i have to wait until Gamescon
Apparently it's not just Keanu Reeves at the end of the trailer, it's Keanu Reeves playing the digital ghost of Johnny Silverhand!
Yup. It was confirmed by MaxMike himself on the twitters and instagram, too. Keanu is playing some sort of digital ghost (since Johnny died in 2024, some 53 years prior, and the "ghostlord" Johnny of the C-Gen and V3 timelines don't exist in the canon 2020-2077 one. They are both 'alt-timelines'. Elements of the carbon plague DID happen (but the CDC rounded up all the infected and killed them).).
There's a beginners set for Cyberpunk RED due out at Gen Con that is set between 2020 and 2077 bridging the gap between the old RPG and the CDPR game. Cybergeneration and Cyberpunk V3 Doll edition are now non-canon.
o and Gungon is on Epig store for free and there you got a Yong Yea with Mike Pondsmith about CP and Jonny silver hand
So .. https://www.gog.com/game/toonstruck For free Toonstok on GoG for next 43 h yes it is a game with Christopher Liloyd :)
Speaking of GOG, I see that Stellaris is currently on the discounted price. Any opinions on that game? BTW. What's everyone's problem with the Epic store?
In short, it's pretty rubbish as a storefront (not even a shopping basket last time I checked) that's been getting exclusives by throwing money around. This includes one game that was up for pre-order on Steam before being taken down to go Epic exclusive, and some Kickstarted games that originally advertised Steam/GoG keys but later went Epic only. TLDR people don't like being forced to use a substandard product just because Epic slipped the game's publisher/developer a bung.
Let's list some grievances: Threw Fortnite money around to ensure exclusives that had been promised already in other platforms, including even kickstarters, major dick move. The most notorious one was Metro: Exodus, it was already on preorder on Steam when it was suddenly pulled to be an Epic exclusive, majorly pissing people off, this started the wave of rage against it. Then Borderlands 3 announced exclusivity for it for a year before launch on other platforms, and the player's collective response has been "we'll wait", which for the impatient gamer crowd is very telling. Lacks features people can take for granted today which Steam has, like groups, integrated forums, offline mode ("you have no active internet connection? No games for you!"), freaking cloud saves, no review system (a game sucks? the Epic store won't let you know or let you tell others, guess who benefits for this? correct, not you, even worse when a game starts great then goes bad, you have no way to let others know, and this has happened many times before). Hell, it doesn't even have a freaking shopping cart, in 2019. The Epic ToS was (no idea if it still is) not legal under the European GDPR laws, here's a video about it. It has bad security. People keep reporting their accounts hacked in the store frequently. Even worse, the client itself could be qualified as spyware. Here's somebody doing a security analysis of what it collects. There's also been complaints that it extracts data from Steam if both are installed. They reportedly refuse refunds even when you fit the allowed criteria A personal pet peevee of mine: Tim Sweeny, the person in charge of Epic Games, is hostile against Linux. He's been quoted as saying that "Moving to Linux is like when people say they'll move to Canada when elections don't go their way" (or something like this, i'm writing from memory). And they have no intention of having their store on Linux, which means that anything exclusive to that store will have no Linux support at all. Furthermore, they bought off the developers of Rocket League, which is a very popular game which has had a Linux version for quite a while, and they've been considering dropping it from Steam, which will kill the only legal way to get it for Linux. And even worse, they bought out the developers of Easy Anticheat, a very popular anticheat platform, and immediately the conversations with Valve to set up Linux support were halted, and there goes Linux support for any game that uses it. Last but not least, they're 40% owned by Tencent, a chinese company known for pushing microtransaction Pavlov box games. I think that's a good summary of why you should not in good conscience support it, and in fact should go against it, doubly so when Steam, for all it's faults, has been very consumer oriented, same with GOG.
Well, they're canon unto themselves (that's why they're "alt-timelines"), they just aren't part of the 2020-2077 timeline. I don't care that much about "canon" anyway. It only matters to religious zealots. Or gatekeepers.
So turns out Cyber Punk 2077 will actualy premiere in 2077 .. in Nepal as 2020 is for them a 2077 XD other news is tere is currently going a 90% off from South Park :fractured Buttwhole - best one is on Green man gaming but even official ubi store got nice price and Everspace is like 75% off on GoG .. and it is ..... .. um .. there was a Freelancer game long time ago ... so Everspace is a rougulike Freelancer caind off ..
Cannons matter to soldiers. Canons only matter to the Sturmjesuits of the vatican city (Swiss guard). Where they should be the first up against the cannons.
That damn elusive n.... Still I'm sure many PanO soldiers like the canons. You know like the knight orders or Joan.
Currently playing Baldur's gate enhanced edition 1/TOSC/Dragonspear/2/TOB with trilogy to have it all in one play and plenty of mods to spice the game (thanks gibblering three & pocketplane.net) This game is now 20 years old (21 for BG1/19 for BG2), i have finished it so many time that I know each corner of the non-moded game and yet it still crazyly fun to play The most impressive part of this game is the community. 2 decades after game release, people are still creating new content for free, sometime with years of work to code everything
So turns out Bloodstined: Symphony of the ritual of the night ;) is out and it looks like is realy good game most ppl i know who gotthis game some of them early pleagers give a fitback like " i just jumped in for one houer to check if it even works .. and 5 houer later it was morning ... and now im waiting to get back from work to continue the game " .. so ye seams they do not waste time and money and made a Good Castlevania game modern Symphony of the night
WEll, I believe it's made by the original creator of Symphony of the Night who wanted to make a Castlevania but couldn't. So it has to be good!
