Huh, I didn't notice that at all. I'll have to check when I get a chance, but I thought that the Kiiutan was average size compared to most Tohaa miniatures. Personally, I was hoping that the Reex would be smaller to actually match S1 size, but I guess not today.
I went back and was comparing the miniatures, and its seems like all female Tohaa (in the Spiral Corp box) are significantly taller than their male compatriots. Is this something about Tohaa sexual dimorphism that I didnt know? Is there a lore reason for this?
I don't know, honestly. I did notice that the Sukeul girls were tall compared to the rest of the lineup, but I think the Kosuil, Kamael, and Rasail chicks were average size. I haven't been paying very close attention to the size of Spiral Corps minis, but they all looked normally sized to me. I never read anything in the lore about Tohaa sexual dimorphism and assumed that it mimics human dimorphism, where generally speaking, men are taller than women. Incidentally, I've heard about research that suggests to biologists that any intelligent alien species would look a lot like humans. Maybe that is the case here?
The Female Rasail is a little bit taler, but only due to the very unhealthy posture of her male counterpart. She is only beefier around the hips. Spoiler: Size comparrison Rasail Right now i have the Kaeltar on the painting table who are similar to that. But the Sukeul are friking huge monsters in comparrison with all other Tohaa. Greetz Oni
I like those beefy hips I think the male is doing a hunched run... This is why I'm hoping Wildfire is Tohaa Vs. Shasvastii... Tohaa need a solid 3D range
Yeah, it's a long shot, but that's what I'm hoping too. But what does that mean? New tohaa sectoral? New line of vanilla sculpt? New profiles all together?
Considering that Tohaa has already dissapeared from the store, I wouldn't expect another Tohaa Sectorial:
