Sweet list, also gratz on wrecking face! As someone who's new to Ikari it's cool seeing a Druze link. I'm always weary of taking them cause they seem highly costed for 1 wound models, but their potential seems amazing. Also I like your straightforward approach of: Here's my Rui Shi, you're dead now!
Hey man! Yeah so their 1 wound is a huge issue even in DBS themselves. I usually held them in reserve and used the other models int he list as a kind of buffer between them so they could advance to the midfield un molested. So all the AD/ruishi would have to be in the middle and kind of locking it down in the meantime to give the Druze some room to move up and take objectives. Otherwise they just get chain rifled off the board most of the time.
Cool, good fun list. Ikari are great when you get to roll dface. I had a bad run of initiative rolls in my last event and ended up in LoL two out of three games!!

I am curious as to how the Rui Shi performed without Assisted Fire, apparently well enough for you not to miss it :) Also, were you tempted to try and cram in an engineer in case of an unlucky FTF or crit? Yo, Rui Shi was fine as long as you picked on targets out of cover/without SSLVL2. No on engineer, had more fleshy things for a doctor and the Ruishi was just a throw away unit to me. SMG is the best loadout imo. The shock and suppression fire ability are too good to waste orders with. Honestly the Krakot was a meme pick with the SMG. Didn't really look at the other options. Just needed more suppressing units in the DZ to waste orders.
