Corregidor won Rumble and got second at the UK stattelite?

The player who won isn't active on the forums, so it's unlikely we'll know what he used unless he gives the list to someone else.

I saw FB posts on the rumble, didn't know about the UK.

To be honest I'm not at all surprised. The power level between "good" and "bad" factions in infinity is way over hyped.

Back when MO was bad they won the interplanetary.

I spoke with someone who was at the Rumble, and when mentioning the Corregidor army, he kept mentioning McMurder.

 

The buffs to McMurder make him more dangerous than he was, and he was already a really dangerous piece. The new brigada link options also probably helped out a lot. I too would be curious what they played.

 

It helps that @Myomer is a _really_ good player. I hear it was his first time playing Nomads. But most importantly he's just a super nice guy.

Hey all, normally I am not a proponent of sharing Infinity lists around as I think everyone has their own style, but at some point I have to give in to the pressure : ) The list below is the one I used for Unmasking, Supplies, Acquisition, and Firefight. The only noteworthy difference from pre-update lists is that having a Daktari wildcard in Senor Massacre's link was very helpful for missions with objectives; she scored points in both Supplies and Acquisition.

My second list, which I utilized for decapitation, used a 5-man "Brigada" link with 2 Tsyklons, a MR/LFL Brigada lt, a Daktari, and Lupe Balboa. Three alguaciles were present to provide redundancy and options. It worked acceptably, but I feel it gave up too much board presence. I would love to hear how you all think either list could be improved!

I love the first list, it's nice to see Corregidor with so many orders! Well done @Myomer! Second list looks really fun as well, was it hard to hide the remotes?

I was a lil bummed seeing only one lonely CJC list on the Rumble roster which makes your win even sweeter!

I'd love to hear how McMurder performed for you in the overall tournament.

 

I kinda like the first list, it really goes against the groupthink that HMGs/long range high burst are a necessity.

 

when you eclipse and regular smoke you dont really need it to get up the table.

 

I am quite surprised to see an Intruder Sniper instead of a HMG.

 

I've been using the MSR far more for years although I think the meta is shifting away from it because of how the reactive Core with MSR/ML is becoming so common. It's still my power peice because my meta doesn't follow general trends.
