I got the legendary ahadur's expansion, but when i open it, my oberon's figurine was not in its entirety. the top of his sceptre was not in place (it's uncoupled). Is it normal ? I'm a newbie in figurine's game, how can i fix it ? better to use glue or adhesive tape ?

Thank you for your answer but i don't want to complain. i leave far from Europe. It will be complicated (and expensive too), so i think it will be better if I repair it my self.
I don't know about Oberon in particular, but I've seen a couple minis uncoupled. Personally I use poly cement, but superglue also works fine.
