Seed soldier embryo has chest mines.

I declare BS attack chest mines with the embryo then autohatch as my second skill. (BS+MOVEMENT)

Autohatch states you use developed profile for whole order. I no longer have the chest mines I already declared?

    How does it work?

    From Autohatch:

    • This Special Skill must be declared as the first Short Skill of the Order.

Simple answer: You’re not allowed to declare Auto-Hatch for the second skill.
The bullet point in the effects:
    • This Special Skill must be declared as the first Short Skill of the Order.
If you declare Auto-Hatch as the first skill, the the seed embryo bullet point:
    • Regarding Autohatch, the cancellation of Seed-Embryo state is applied to the whole declared Order. So, if a trooper in Seed-Embryo state declares an Autohatch + Move Order, her Developed Form Troop Profile will be applied for the whole Order.
means you don’t get to use the equipment on the seed profile.
