Just got the package from the FLGS, bought myself all the dropped SKUs I liked and a foot slogging Scarface. Out of curiosity, I dropped them all WYSIWYG into Army, using the Gorgos pilot as a Kamael FO and holding Scarface back as a potential Gorgos pilot just for the heck of it. Turns out they all come out at 299 pts / 6 SWC exactly. I guess I can't ignore that and have paint and play them now :D Take a look and input on the list would be appreciated. ITS, I guess. I'm not really familiar with missions yet. Initially I only played 150/200 pts Recon and just a few days ago my first 300 as simple Annihilation. Are you worried about too few Specialists? I've already preordered the full upcoming set with the limited minis, so I guess I'll nab alternates from there and adjust on that account.
Serendipity strikes again! Do we know when those SKUs are going OOP yet? I seem to have missed the announcement! Edit: Though I only want about half of them, since my Tohaa collection will be 'Guyver bio-boosted armor', all the models with Symbiont Armor.

I just sat down and went for assembling them all in one go about an hour ago. I'm almost done - now to come up with a fancy color scheme! :>
Welcome nuada! Tohaa can be a fun army, and is actually pretty customizable depending on your playstyle. While i'm sure youll read posts about such and such profile or troop not being good, that is only because tohaa has some of the best troops and profiles in the game. What i mean by that is the "bad" tohaa units are only bad because the other units are just so good. In fact many of our "bad" units are profiles that other armies would gladly lose half their troop lists for. In regards to specialists, with the current objectives deck there are plenty of objectives you can do with what you have there. I wouldnt worry too much about trying to get different specialists until you get more comfortable with the game. All that being said, you might have a better time running the kamael as a paramedic over a forward observer. Its only one more point and lets you potentially handle more classifieds
