Hey guys. Haqqislamite player here. After many months of Ramah hype and released of underwhelming and/or overcosted sectorial units got me into a pessimisticaly depressive mood, I finally got me some Tunguska.. The problem is, when I saw the problems, my first thoughts were:
    1) Everyone is so cool!
    2) You have an AD FO REM?
    3) Wait, I can do something else apart from spamming doctors and cheap irregulars, because in Haqq that would do more good than bringing out expensive dudes??
    4) Also, Hollow Men>Khawarijis, just saying...
Aand now I don't know how to expand my collection, if you can call it a collection.

Definitely pick up the heckler jammer, interventors, tsyklon, and a box of zond remotes.

I have three heckler jammers for the novel idea of jamming the entire solid width of the board, but haven't actually tried it yet :P

Every time I bring any heckler that isn't a jammer one in Tunguska I end up regretting it.

They are basically your whole midfield, and they are great at it.

Yes, Hecklers and Interventors I'm very fond of in terms of models and abilities.
What about the usefulness of Grenzer MSR and Meteor Zond?

The Meteor is a bit of an odd duck. The SWC cost is a small pain and the low PH makes it risky to do anything but walk it in from the side. That said, being able to stick a fast moving repeater/sensor into your opponent's backfield is a great counter to hackable targets or camo spam. I haven't used it much but from what I've read about 25% of the time the meteor is exactly what you need, the rest of the time it's dead weight.

The Grenzer MSR is overshadowed in vanilla by the Intruder and Sin-Eater, and here in Tunguska it's only a bit better than the Securitate MSR/Feuerbach. If you play against camo opponents frequently then it's worthwhile, although even then I'd recommend the Sensor Grenzer with Transductor zonds. With Tunguska's low order count I prefer to leave the ARO duty to cheap troops so I still have most of an army when they go down.

Oh, and if you try to run 2 combat groups, bring the Puppetmaster, you don't need to bring Puppetbots. The counter intelligence skill is crucial due to the price of everything in Tunguska.

You should definitely try a game or two with the Hollowmen/Stemplar link if you haven't yet. It's just SO. DAMN. GOOD. I played a game recently where one of my Hollowmen jumped straight up to clear a roof and engage in FtF against a TAG. It lost the roll and ended up eating 3 wounds from a panzerfaust. Because it's two wounds and remote presence (2 levels of unconscious) it fell back behind cover and was patched up by my waiting clockmaker. Hollowmen are disgusting for their price, and the Stempler is a great tool to expose enemy camo tokens without risking ARO.

Hey guys, newbie in Tunguska here too! I never played infinity before, and i wanna buy my first box, a Tunguska starter. What I should buy with it for expanding to 300 pts? I mean what is really necessary, and can't be played without on competitive level. I really like fluff, about hacking and stuff (hollow men is amazing too, unborn fetus who lives in VR, man this is dope!).

you definitely need the support box (daktari and clockmaker) as they are your only doctor and engineer for ITS. Hollow Men is an option, you can make competitive list with them, and without them too. i played several list with interventor, they might not be a required troop, but they are so powerful you should have 1 (but not sure they sell in single blister anymore) (also might be replaceable by Mary Problem, i never tried her). puppettactica is almost an auto-include for me, but they are not released yet.

So i want to straight up my first order:

    TUNGUSKA JURISDICTIONAL COMMAND
    NOMADS SUPPORT PACK
WARCOR (i really still dont understand why i need them, but everyone is taking him. )
    <SOME DUDE/GIRL to proxy MARY PROBLEMS>
<SOME DUDE/GIRL to proxy PUPPETTACTICA> (maybe taskmaster with bots, i like his miniature)
    What about Grenzers/Hecklers/Securitates?

Cause it is a 3 point aro peace who makes your opponent wast 1 order, who are the main resource in Infinity.
You can't take the Taskmaster, cause he is Silhouette(S) 5 and you need a S2 model as a proxy

If I want to pick up the most part of your list I would go for such a build:

    Halp
    ──────────────────────────────────────────────────

    GROUP 1[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]10
KRIZA BORAC Lieutenant HMG / Heavy Pistol, CC Weapon. (2 | 54)
    HOLLOW MEN Combi Rifle, Chain-colt + 1 TinBot A (Deflector L1) / Breaker Pistol, Knife. (0 | 31)
SECURITATE (Repeater) Boarding Shotgun / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 15)
    SECURITATE Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 13)
    SECURITATE Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 13)
SECURITATE Paramedic (MediKit) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 15)
GRENZER Spitfire / Pistol, Breaker Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 30)
INTERVENTOR Hacker (Hacking Device Plus) Boarding Shotgun / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 24)
    HECKLER Combi Rifle, Jammer, 1 FastPanda / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 23)
TRANSDUCTOR ZOND Flash Pulse, Sniffer / Electric Pulse. (0 | 8)

    GROUP 2[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]3 [IMG]1
SPEKTR (Forward Observer) Combi Rifle, Antipersonnel Mines / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 32)
    REAKTION ZOND HMG / Electric Pulse. (1 | 26)
    PUPPET MASTERS Submachine Gun / PistolKnife. (0 | 12)
WARCOR (Aerocam) Flash Pulse / Stun Pistol, Knife. (0 | 3)

    5 SWC | 299 Points

    Open in Infinity Army

However, Mary Problems is a monster.

And I am not sure, if the single Hollow Man - even in a Duo - is worth the cost. So I would go for this one:

    Halp
    ──────────────────────────────────────────────────

    GROUP 1[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]10
    TSYKLON (Forward Deployment L1) Spitfire, Pitcher / Electric Pulse. (1 | 33)
SECURITATE (Repeater) Boarding Shotgun / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 15)
    SECURITATE Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 13)
    SECURITATE Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 13)
SECURITATE Paramedic (MediKit) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 15)
GRENZER Spitfire / Pistol, Breaker Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 30)
MARY PROBLEMS Hacker (Forward Deployment L1) Submachine Gun + Zapper, Pitcher / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 30)
    HECKLER Combi Rifle, Jammer, 1 FastPanda / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 23)
TRANSDUCTOR ZOND Flash Pulse, Sniffer / Electric Pulse. (0 | 8)
TRANSDUCTOR ZOND Flash Pulse, Sniffer / Electric Pulse. (0 | 8)

    GROUP 2[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]5 [IMG]1
KRIZA BORAC Lieutenant HMG / Heavy Pistol, CC Weapon. (2 | 54)
    PUPPET MASTERS Submachine Gun / PistolKnife. (0 | 12)
WARCOR (Aerocam) Flash Pulse / Stun Pistol, Knife. (0 | 3)
INTERVENTOR Hacker (Hacking Device Plus) Boarding Shotgun, 1 FastPanda / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 26)
SALYUT (Minesweeper, Repeater) Electric Pulse. (0 | 8)
SALYUT (Minesweeper, Repeater) Electric Pulse. (0 | 8)

    5.5 SWC | 299 Points

    Here you have:
    - an offensive fireteam,
    - two single attack pieces,
    - repeater coverage (for example White Noise for fireteam or Tsyklon),
    - buff support for your drones,
    - an highly mobile specialist who can cause trouble as well,
    - the beloved warcor,
    - you can switch the FastPanda for Puppetmaster minelayer ability and
    - the Heckler troublemaker as roadblock.

You can switch the Puppetmaster for a Clockmaker as well if needed:

    Halp
    ──────────────────────────────────────────────────

    GROUP 1[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]10
    TSYKLON (Forward Deployment L1) Spitfire, Pitcher / Electric Pulse. (1 | 33)

    SECURITATE Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 13)
    SECURITATE Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 13)
SECURITATE Paramedic (MediKit) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 15)
GRENZER Spitfire / Pistol, Breaker Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 30)
MARY PROBLEMS Hacker (Forward Deployment L1) Submachine Gun + Zapper, Pitcher / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 30)
    HECKLER Combi Rifle, Jammer, 1 FastPanda / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 23)
TRANSDUCTOR ZOND Flash Pulse, Sniffer / Electric Pulse. (0 | 8)

So Infinity cost a bit of money and getting into it is a bit daunting.
You want to max your points per ($/€/£...) and your playability.

So Warcor is out now, and I would add:
Perseus to use the Securitates included in the starter pack
Interventors because they are staples, and you will need good hackers (refer to the Tao of Tungunska sticked thread)

I would look into seeing if people are selling the 2 units for TJC in the nomad starter pack. (If you are in the UK I could sell them to you btw)

Hollow men box as well, they are playable and high points

Not to forget about Zond Remotes and Salyuts. You will need those cheap orders.

Taskmaster is a bit large for Puppetmaster. I used a Yadu trooper for that purpose. Since that helmet looks like she could be a drone pilot.

    So, what to buy first:

TJC Starter (there you have Kriza, Heckler, Securitate in one box)
Securitate Box (you need a 4th Securitate and the Grenzer, rest of Securitate can proxy Puppetmaster etc.)
Interventor Box (you need just one in the list, use the girl for Mary)
    Zond Remotes
    Salyuts
    Support Pack
    Warcors

After that everything is optional and depends on what you would like to play and try.

If you can get your hands on one of the old Tunguska Interventors sculpt, they could make great Puppetmasters, and they even have the pose. The only issue is you might have to do some conversion so that your opponent knows its not an Interventor.

I find alot of people sleep on the meteor zond but I think its actually really useful, up against faction with alot of camo, drop it in middle and start using sensor, or walk in from side, up against a rambo you can often safely walk in from side and FO the rambo/tag for the +3 bs +3 hacking bonus. If you can drop it at a good angle you can even try to go for the triangulated fire on an entrenched ODD/TO troop thats in cover+suppressive. Its also a repeater so can take buffs, put pinpoint white noise down midfield

I think you can actually have fun with it if you are going hollow men core, have it drop in and FO main target then send the hollow men after it, it can also activate any sniffers the stempler puts out if you have the link but dont want to make stempler link leader.

Also no one expects you to ever bring it

I think the Meteor Zond is great, but I do think the reason why it gets forgotten is the 1 SWC it costs to list. You are paying 1 SWC to combat jump in a Stemplar Zond, and at that point you might as well make it 1.5, because you are going to want a hacker of sort to increase the odds of that 1 SWC being worth it.
