Not exactly. Dart was only available through CB. Saito will be abailable everywhere. This Saito is kind of like the Fat Yuan Yuan or the Alternative Achilles. Available everywhwere for limited period of time.

Just looked into the new CB shop to see if it can substitute the catalouge.
