    From designated targets:
"In some scenarios, enemy HVTs are considered enemy troopers instead of Neutral Civilians..."

    From fury:
"When executing a Move as part of an Impetuous Order, the trooper must move towards the nearest enemy figure by the most direct route possible."

    From terminology:
"Figure/ Model. Game element with a Troop Profile represented on the table by a miniature."

So we had a question come up recently whether the designated target would be the closest figure for impetuous. It counts as an enemy trooper, it has a troop profile, and it is represented by a miniature, so fury should count it for the nearest enemy figure right?

I agree, makes sense for an impetuous model to move towards the designated target.

A designed target is not an enemy model. It is a Neutral model you are allowed to target with attacks.
