I have two questions regarding how models place mines.
Question one is can I use a coordinated order on four models to possibly place four separate mines?
Question two would placing a mine while in the camouflaged state cancel the CAMO?

    Thanks folks

All mines placed must be the same kind, ie all mono, viral, or anti personnel. They're all different skills.

They all can drop mines, just of the same type. And dropping a mine does make you lose camo.

A bit more explaination for your second question : placing a mine has the attack label and camo is cancelled by the use of any attack skill so camo is cancelled when you use a mine

Can someone explain to me why I can use a co-ordinated order to lay multiple mines?

My groups understanding is that all mines deployed as part of a co-ordinated order have to be placed in the same location, due to requirement 5 of co-ordinated orders
    • If one of the Skills of the Coordinated Order demands a target, all troops must act against the same single target.
    Thanks

Placing a Mine on the ground doesn't involve a target.

EDIT - unlike Targetless BS Weapons like Smoke Grenades, which still target a spot on the table.

Ok. I think we got confused by the Mines skill not having the targetless keyword.

    Thanks

Targetless is a poor choice of word. It cause a lot of misunderstanding regarding its meaning.

It doesn't mean "you don't need a target", it means "the target does not have to be an enemy" (see http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Traits)
