The other day I was chatting with some players about how nice it is that versatility in Fireteam building has become a thing. Being able to make a list that has links you can swap around during deployment depending on various factors is a huge step up in usability. Some simple examples of it can be found from @daboarder 's great thread about winning CanCon with Varuna. Steel Phalanx might be a bit more limited due to the way Enomotarchos works, but we get some interesting possiblities when you start to look at OperationS lists not as a link and other units, but as a whole group that can adapt quickly to needs. This is obviously more handy in tournament situations due to list limitations, but can be a decent path to contemplate for casual play matches and such too. Here's a quick example. You have a surprising number of options for linking. Core Dakini and CSU with a solo Asura and Haris of Deva. Going second; leave the MSR out as an ARO to soak orders with expecting it to go away; then reform with the Spitfire Deva and move up; Hacking Haris (Asura, Deva AHD, Deva Sensor Haris) that no Camo/HD can hide from with a Spitfire/CSU Duo and a 4 Dakini Core... It really opens up your options as you hit the table.
