I wonder if he can be assembled to be "carrying" the WP?

Shouldn't be too hard to convert.

I think without cutting WP will stick out too much, you need to make him thinner.

Forgot to share my thoughts on WP, why does he look either as destroyed auxbot, front of Thomas the train, pig or all of those XD

It looks like a really terrible parrot. But I'm sure PanO players who wanted a Tinbot won't mind having a great proxy.

I am disappointed by the wild parrot's lack of "parrotiness".

While YJ and Nomads get absolute awesome SwagBots, PanO gets THIS.

    BWAHAHAHA.

I agree, it's terrible that Nomads and YJ get silly animals instead of actual drones.

EB is great, the deployable weapon looks fine... it just shouldn't be called a "wildparrot" if it's going to look like that.

For me the EB's pose is just boring and extremely recycled at this point. CB can do so much better. This month they did so much better.

Does anyone think CB may have finalized these sculpts because they assumed a level of understanding around how they might sell, vs. the time spent?

Khawarijh: Rarely used (now) and a sectorial coming (I guess). Players will buy more now because they look sweet and we've promised RTF. Hopefully we get a bunch of players to buy into the sectorial before we even release it!

Echo Bravo: Most players are already taking this guy since VIRD came out. PanO can't have anything too nice, lolz. Get the model out and we'll make the money.

Raoul: He's got a large base of players who are looking for the real thing, instead of a proxy. dgaf how he looks, just release the model. We'll come out with a better one in a blister or something. As above, get the model out, and we'll make the money.

BTW, I hope more thought has gone into this, but broke it down simply, with some color.

I for one appreciate the tech design of the wild parrot. Never been a fan of the silly koalas and mad traps, design wise that is. I was dreading that they'd go full parrot on it. As for name, it's cool - military names their vehicles and weaponry after animals and other stuff all the time. Its not like the A-10 Warthog looks like a flying warthog etc.
All around February is shaping up to be a good month. Looking forward to seeing the Daoying

Is medikit pistol the only thing doctors and paramedics get? How about bags or maybe small surgeon helper bots?
Same with hackers, However, they sometimes get nice variations, I am not sure how CB approved zanshi and bagh mari hacker in their crusade to standardize everything.

Wellllll It's actually the A-10 Thunderbolt II, (named after the P-47). Army Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff popularized its nickname, The Warthog, because the plane is so ugly and tough. Due this ugly, tough, nature, the vehicle has been characterized as the familiar, relate-able animal.

The Medikit is what makes a Paramedic a Paramedic
Goes to show how subjective things are, I really like the EB, the posing is practical, the design blends unique elements with distinctly Varunan aesthetics, the medikit makes it clear he's a Paramedic, and the more I look at the technical design of the combined backpack/deployable weapon the more I like it.

I like the Khawarij, but think they could have used more dynamic posing for a model with super jump, all 6 models we've had for this super mobile unit, one of the first super jumpers in the game no less have had both feet on the ground. I'm also less and less keen on the open scabbards for the swords, a naked blade doesn't seem like a great idea when leaping around with turbans and trenchcoats flapping all over the place.

Raoul isn't great. Not bad, and I think part of the problem is the colour scheme doesn't translate to a good paint job, but I also don't have much interest in StarCo or Tunguska so I'm not as invested as I am in the other two releases.

Very cool model. I love the armor design and the round helmet looks ace. Also the pose is very natural and relaxed. :+1:
    A world better than Raoul.
Well the parrot could be a bit more "wild" but it's a safe design, still looks solid.

Not losing any sleep over the Parrot. For those of us who play games with it, mine tend to be on the table for 15 seconds to 2 minutes. Pretty quick in the span of a 1.5 - 2 hour game, unlike Koalas, which might sit on the table all game, get reloaded often, and realistically have 4-6 of them visible starting at deployment.

The armor, design and pose for the EB himself is great. Since the EB is my spirit animal, I'm very happy.

The backpack that jettisons off is actually clever for helping justify the EB as Light Infantry, too. The PanO guys who keep their jump backs are 4-2 Medium Infantry, so this is a nice way of depicting that EBs are lighter and faster, but more restricted in how they deploy.
