Less complaints from the fanatic peat, one could hope. I get it, I do. I'm hardly the most optimistic type, but compared to some on these forums, I'm a ray of f-n sunshine ...
Yes, similar mechansims, plus boost sections like the old PlayStation game apparently. One of the things I dislike about Formula Dé is the flimsy cars that are too easily displaced, so the satisfying weight of CB’s remotes should fix that, and they look great on the table, of course. Plus, like TAG Deathmatch, it should be much more accessible to board game players - a gateway drug, if you will Does anyone know who designed it?
Huh, now to find someone who has a copy of the Nurburgring expansion for Formula De... Might as well race the Green Hell!
That was referring to this post, not the article. The 2019 summary is totally legit. Sorry for the confusion.
Thanks, Koni. So we can take your post to confirm that we are indeed getting Infinity N4 later this year?
He denies it! What more proof do we need that Infinity N4 will soon be with us, and fulfil the ancient prophecies? Spoiler: Film of Actual Infinity Players
But you're clearly the better Carlos, don't let Bostria have ALL the fun! Anyway, I think we all know that big black N is really about racing sexy genetically altered turtles/cat hybrids on the Bakunin ship in 15 mm.
Has to be a new campaign system - think about it: Campaign Paradiso isn’t up to N3 standard, it has a bunch of jumbled rules, and most importantly, it fails to tell us how to use the Warcor’s AeroCam! Plus, I vaguely remember Carlos hinting this was in the works but “not in 2018” - sorry can’t remember the source - I think it was in a Q&A at some live US-tournament event. This book would give is the perfect trio of books: primary rules, advanced rules, and campaign (narrative) rules. I, for one, think the CB ruleset is so solid.
If I will force to make a bet what this new way to play Infinity, I will say: a videogame!! No big troubles in order to have stock and a warehouse where to put in, no big numbers in references, only a few to led the people to purchase it, so only a small space in the products database. No more. No less. And for me something which allow Corvus Belli to reach some new and young players. :D
After a week of suitably alcohol-fuelled reflection on the possibilities, I'm prepared to make a second prediction so's to both hedge my bets, and - should either of them come good, appear even more wise and insightful than I already do! November 2019 sees the introduction of an Infinity trading card game.
I am hoping for a new Campaign. I have a bunch of people who are interested in a campaign where they can fight for their faction and prove their faction is the best at our store. That would also help me get the new people more games since they liked the league I ran but wanted to be part of something like a campaign when I asked them about future events.
Whatever brand of sake you have been drinking, find a different one, it's giving you bad trips, man. I really liked Onikoroshi (yes, it means ogre-killer, it's very strong).
Oh lord. Big pass on any more beasts of war campaigns. Train wreck after train wreck just to boost web traffic.
