There's no need for three sculpts, it could be done with a double blister. Actually, the idea of Santiago resculpt worries me a bit. For me Spitfire Santiago is a timeless classic, a sculpt that first made me look MO way, and one can't improve upon perfection, only spoil it. She's doing so good of a job there, that I have no need for any other of her sculpts. I'll be getting MO box next year, but the Tactical Molester sculpt will get sold off.
It'd be a box - ala Suryats. It was a weird choice for CB, though. From memory, the BSG was a new sculpt done for this box - to condense all the Santiagos blisters to one box. And, speaking of the box, mine was just delivered to my house.
Suryats have more loadouts, Santiagos have two (though releasing a universal proxy makes some sense, so you might be right about that box) Don't get me started, I'm thinking of ways to convert them properly. though I have a number of redundant Santiago sculpts, might simply convert those instead.

Ah, misinterpreted your answer - I thought you were supporting the release of a 2 model blister PLUS a 1 model + tinbot blister.
I would say that santiago's are the knights least in need of a resculpt, their models still hold up very well and are fantastic and dynamic. Teutons should be slated next...even if they got mediocre rules, i figure they will be using slightly spruced up magister 3d model, since old .magister and teuton shared a lot of characteristics.
Sorry but I can't stant the old Combi rifle. And the knight is so tiny that I laugh each time I compare him next to a new ORC. And while I'm like @Stiopa but about the Squalo, I can't say that a new sculpt wouldn't do something good to it. And I think the same for Santiagos. It's a shame that we could lose dynamic poses but I think the new minis could be more frightening by being wider than they are now.
+1 for keeping old Santiago sculpts for many years and get new Teutons (and extra Order Sergeants) instead.
I think they will make 1 Santiago universal proxy in new MO starter in the future. Maybe a blister later. Although BSG should really be an option on a unit that SPECIALISES in BOARDING action :-D Also I find it kinda dickish to sell a box of models with invalid loadout. They should discontinue that box immediately.
new MO starter should have a sepulcher in it, basically only way they are getting me to buy it. and only cuz I just know it is going to be dope looking, not because I think holo 2 is worth its points
The Santiago sculpts were what got me into military orders. I saw them one day and drooled a lot, and my partner got then me as an anniversary present. Something he has, in hindsight, regretted, given the bloody tool they have taken. But I loved them so much, I painted the entire force in Santiago colours. Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
I would just like to add my weight to the OP. I doubt we are going to achieve anything, but it irks me that the literal space knights of PanOceania don't have the weapon designed for the job (the Boarding Shotgun).
I never realised this but now that I do it feels utterly ridiculous. And oh lord please CB do not understand this as demand for another Bolt model. Just no. Don't even think about it.
