It's showing 0SWC in Army. Can we please get a CB staff ruling on whether this is legal to play as 0SWC? It's kind of ridiculous to give every vanilla army 2 more camo markers for almost nothing
The Minelayer profile is meant to be 1swc. I would recommend enforcing that ruling until the correction has formally been made.
They aren't all 0.5SWC, look at the Strelok in generic Ariadna. The Libertos isn't, for roughly the same reason - it prevents the factions that can already spam Minelayers from spamming them even more with a cheaper profile, and for the factions that are designed to not have Minelayers it gives them the option but they have to sacrifice SWC for it. Note also that the preview of the Libertos unit entry showed it as 1SWC.
You know what would prevent said faction from not spamming Minelayer even more ? Not giving them Libertos in first place! xD
Le Muet, Bagh-mari multi-sniper, Nikoul, maybe more? But they all seem to pay 0 SWC for minelayer and 1.5 for their multi/viral sniper rifles.

To be fair they are AVA 1 in Vanilla and in HB the other profiles are the only Infiltrating specialists (outside of Yasbir).
And now just think. SWC cost show the resources your command spend to equip your trooops... How easely it to find Helot-Libertos outside the Varuna? How much it cost to savely send him to a Paradiso for example? (yes, both if them could cost SWC as well, so better take that we have now)
Muyibs have 0 swc minelayers as well... 1 profile with viral mines and the other with both AP mines and e/Maulers.
So conclusion is : 0.5 SWC is the max cost for minelayer, with a cost of 0 for some. Then why is the libertos 1SWC, is there a special thing in the SWC matrix for him or is it his mercenary status that make him more costly ?
