We had an interesting game situation yesterday where we could not find a clear solution. My three models in Holoecho2 state were coming around a corner as the first move action. Model1 = Real Model, Models 2 and 3 are Holoechos. The enemy Missile Launcher declares an ARO against Model2 (Holoecho), clipping the path of Model1 (Real) with the template. An enemy Sniper declares ARO against Model1. My Holoecho Model then reveals, shooting 2 shots at the Missile Launcher and one against the sniper. The question was, are the Shots of the real Holoecho Model against the Missile Launcher template FtF or normal rolls? Or are they even wasted, because they're shot against the wrong model? --- While I was writing the question above, I realised that this situation should not occur in the first place, because my enemy could delay his ARO! Damnit.
It could happen, if your opponent don't wan't delay his aro. Therefore, I would want to know if model 1 will be hit by the blasttemplate from model 2
The Holoecho decoys aren't removed until the end of the Order, so the Impact Template Weapon will work like normal - Roll to hit the target, and any hits are then FtF Rolls against anyone affected by the template.
