The idea is form the Marauders during active turn and take ground, and then spend a command token at the end of my turn to make the grunts a core team for Sniper Overwatch.

The blackjack hmg is in the second group to take advantage of the extra grunt orders and be a solid roadblock.
San Vantages can drop in a clear out cheerleaders, a hiding LT, or whatever else he needs to.
The desperado, foxtrot, and inf. grunt can hopefully be roadblocks that get thrown out there an muck up the advance.
There’s no specialists, so I’d be trying this out in something like Frontline, Decapitation, or another killing scenario. I could easily turn the foxtrot into an FO, drop Van Zant down to an FO Airborne, and then add another desperado or different specialist in there. Possibly upgrade 1 of the marauders to a paramedic.

I really hate having to pay 1 SWC for Haris on the Marauders, so I did something akin to these a month or two ago for Frostbyte. I loaded up a 5-man Grunt link with 3 FOs starting on the edge of the Exclusion Zone and then had 3 Marauders (2 HRL, 1 LT) hanging out behind them in cover. The FO in the middle was the link leader and had an FO at the limit of coherency on the left and right. I spent my first orders sending them 6" toward the center line. With the second order, I sent the center FO to the center Console and the other FOs out to each side Console. While the Grunt link then broke because of lack of coherency, I then spent a command token and formed up the Marauders as a Core Team. 4 HRL blasts in ARO does not suck.
