On reviewing the foil version of the Standard Tactics I noticed for my first time that "Catch your Breath" may be played at the beginning of any character's activation. I assume then that you may play it at the beginning of your opponent's character's activation. So you might draw this Tactic after fragging an opponent and then play "Catch your Breath" immediately when it is your opponent's turn effectively putting three additional Tactics into your hand. Any comments appreciated.
Yes, I just play it as soon as I can, which is often the situation you just described. I usually look for I've got a plan in my starting hand to look for Catch your Breath and play it immediately. That's 4 extra cards I'm drawing in my starting hand, and then proceed to play aggressively to keep drawing cards. The mileage vary of course, if I gather that playing aggressively wouldn't work all that well I'd probably keep CyB to find something more critical later.
