A few thoughts: 1. Obvious Lt is obvious. But maybe not such a dig deal, depends on how hard people Lt hunt in your meta. 2. Group 2 does nothing for you currently; I'd consider swapping the Interventor to Group 2 and primarily using him for support programs. Mary is generally a better active-turn hacker anyway so it's not really much of a loss. 3. The Zondnaut is feeling a little too redundant as a hacker, maybe a different profile would fit the list better? If you want it for the specialist, though, not much else you can do.
On point 1. with a securitate link I think you can deal with LoL if opponent goes for it, and there are technically 2 possible LTs on the board, maybe even swapping LT to Borac might get you more bang for your buck zondnaut hacker is fine, you have 2 solid high burst guns and perseus as back up, I agree with Vak to move interventor to other group, and maybe move puppet master in (Sub machine gun might get more done in desperation)
I like the idea of making the Borac my LT for more bang, and the zondnaut is my high speed button pusher more than anything.
I am thinking something like this would be fun, though I want to get a better hacker in the list...
