So Soon^tm I will have my Vedic. It seems unfortunetaly that they nice "white-pearl" scheme of painting might be really hard to do without airbrush, so right now I'm looking for some interesting mid-difficult paint schemes for my soon to come Vedic. Any help and suggestions are appriciated ;)
One option to paint white is to use a gray wash. I won't tell that airbrushing won't help but I know for sure some people that can achieve more than descent paint job only with brush (yeah some are really talented one but it's not my point). Anyway, regarding alternate paint schemes, you can choose the dominant colour of your army to replace the white and stick with a red cross. You can also choose a neutral colour as grey and paint some details/accessories with your army colour.
