Surprise update! Today I brought two awesome-paintjobs. Word's spreading in my community, gathering more fine paintings day by day. Good one. "Tri Poloski" By Uljin! He was soooo inspired by the Youtube video 'Three Stripes', He actually made up his mind to paint his Chasseur with stripe marks. The result was AWESOME. He tends to give out some bold lines, and a very concentrated light effects. His painting skills were enough to draw out a merchandise mark on this little guy.. Cool guys got stripes for his holster, of course! Backpack needs stripes too. Drawing such lines are not an easy job, really! Striped LFT, of course! Zoe & Pi-Well (Facial reconstruction version) by Mr. LRDR A recent member of our club. LRDR quickly gained his place on the painting scene with marvel-level work on female model's paintings. He's getting popular thanks to his well-handled facial paintings, smooth iris painting with a climax. Zoe was actually themed as the Punisher, you can see his fading skull in her bust. Hair shaven marks? Yes please. Full shot of Zoe. When there's batman, there's robin. And when there's Zoe? There's Pi-Well, too! Same 'Punisher' painting, but this time his face looks like a skull. OK guys, weekend is over, and we got some bunch of (some of them, bit old) pics which was sent to my e-mail. I would like to share some of these goodies. Just a steal pic from my army before we start, adding a cool Zuyong Invincible by Zicobang. "The 92' B*tches" Army of StarCo, SotaG A recent member, and my fresh friend, of our gaming club, Mr. SotaG threw his army pics for Forums. He painted the most of his army, but we all want some 'tint' on our army - so our female-model painting specialist, LRDR, took the job. In his hands, Lupe (Brawler) and Emily was reborn! Lupe was masterfully painted, and a shadowy eyelashes. Emily, the other hand, took an emphasize on her abs and smokey makeup. LRDR grumbled about sculping around her face, but the result was stunning at least. Bad girls with bad boys. StarCo shook our gaming scene quite a bit, both in painting and tourney scenes. He's now a regular member of our club, which is good, goood. Photo Chunks "Charge of the Knight", @rooki1 . "Heavy Lifter", Blackjack, Mr. Lousy. "Life flickering on the paper's edge", Keisotsu HMG, Notz. "EPIC galatic-scale photobombing alien chick", Zicobang. "One-Week Yu Jing Challenge!", Durururul. I really didn't thought he could paint this quaility, in one week! "A place for man", Ugin. Bandit charged into Tohaa Triad, to save Nomad VP. A heroic sacrifice indeed. And let me throw out the main dish. "Judgment DEI" by LRDR. A big TAG flying throughout the battlefield, loving his lil Auxbot, strides the small gaming scene of S. Korea. Head decorated with [REDACTED] mini bit, A suiting halo for a stern (remote controlled) Guardian Knight. The massive TAG often duos with Joan of Arc, clad in magenta-black power armor. I really admire his LED-like work on Seraph and Power armor slits. Seraph tends to fall short when it comes to a real fight, but man this TAG is beautiful, and I really admire this guy's painting skills. That's all for today. Yeaaaaah, Black/Purple/Pink. I am not allone with my love for this colours. And the Anime Eyes are insane. Very cool minis all together.
Post-Weekend update. Today we got one candidate - Mr. Gambasman, a well-known painter in our scene. He plays JSA mainly, and often takes a commission from other gamers - you can see his works in his instagram here. The infamous Mushashi Haris! If you think the middle guy looks peculiar, you're right - he actually split the Aristeia! pewter box and took his beloved Mushashi. If you look very carefully, their hakamas are painted with different pictures - a Sea, Cherry blossom and fire. "I-saw-what-you-did-there-CB" edition Suicide Sq.. err, I mean Morlock grouppe. Was-Raiden, now-Ryuken unit-9. I like the scratchy effect of its gun. WIP Kaizoku, just like other painters, it seems to be a hard job defining the edge for this model. Still, good light reading and layering. And for the very last, Swiss Guard. Typical yellow-themed, fine painted mini. Mr. Gambas is actually very proud of this work, and he'd like to share this painting with you guys. More pics can be found on the instagram page, so you might wanna check his works done. Mr. Gambasman - Fiday (Instagram) Recently Mr. Gambasman entered the gates of Bourak! He started by painting a signature unit, Fiday. Such an armor.. Who would think this guy got a ARM 1? It will take some time for him to finish whole army, but we're looking forward to it. This guy will make a good pic when placed on tabletop for pretty sure.. Conversion WarCor - Uljin An awesome kitbash from our community clown, Uljin. He wanted to make his 'own' Warcor - aside from the good minis of CB! He realized the mark's been mispainted horizontally, but it was too late. Well, still It looks good and unique, right? Bit 'n' Kiss - LRDR He's back, and this time its the Alien-human-something girl with a Maakreb suit. You might catch some difference at the very first glimpse, yes. Good calls. "High school student going bald? dude, that's cruel incarnate." So this guy actually planted a fashionable hair to this Bit. I'm now pretty sure why people try to transplant some hair.. Lights effect on those.. bacon strip coat? is awesome. Detailed metal paintings and a manga-style head, yes I'll call that a model! CA paintings - Warlord A senior member, Mr. Warlord tends to leave a few photos for show. He only take the 'unintended' photos of his work, but there's no doubt each one of them is smokin' hot. Umbra Samaritan. Look at that guy's umbral passage effect! (though some fellows of our club call that a fart.). About the base, It is intended since Samaritan tends to fall on his nose - and he didn't like the loss of painting due to a fall. an Ambush, a concept shot of course. Nomadian first and only TO camo, spektr! I already uploaded one pic of this model, but I think it would be better to share 360˚ version hehe It was a really great model to paint, however, I thought the official colour scheme of it was quite...dull, especially the white lines. I added a little arrangement, a green-cyan pulse like a matrix the movie. Thank you for watching :)
