Except that there are no fireteams where that can happen (that don't already have redrum)

 

Might be a leftover from testing if it ever was able to link with Danavas

Nope, each hacking programme is its own skill, so they all need to be the same.

 

Since always. Declaring BS Attack lets your fire any gun, because they are all fired by declaring BS Attack

There is no equivalent 'Hacking Attack' Skill to declare, just the different Hacking Programs which are all individual named Skills. It's why EVO Hacking Devices let you declare different Skills as part of a Coordinated Order.
