I just bought about 600 points of Tohaa... in not a perfect conservation (or painted, indeed only one model was painted) state. Almost none had a base that could be considered "decorated", so I decided to cover those with fine, yellow sand (that I paint later, so... xD) So the Ectros was missing the CCW past the hand. Fortunately, I still had 2 spears in my bits box... and 2 swords and a mace, all from the Conscripts blister from Confrontation, sitting there for more than a decade XD. The other mini, I don't remeber the name... I got this Tohaa pack a few days ago, and I've been busy basing them as fast as my aero allows (I either use too liquid basing, or the aero clogs... sigh). And yeah, the second model looks like the bar between the legs is too obvious. I will use some tuffs after painting to break the line :p
Just a quick but fun conversion on an auxbot; some filing on the sphere and a touch of putty to add the tire texture, some aerials work... and voilá! a downgraded auxbot or an upgraded claptrap!
Being a Claptrap is always a downgrade, never an upgrade . Good job with this one. I also made a Claptrap Auxbot, but mine was scratch built (It stays on the shelf for ITS games, sadly...)
Mary problems conversion ideas needed. Currently thinking; SMG from female Bashi Bazouk, female Tomcat body, replace the head and arms with the Alguacile LGL head and arms and swap the weapon out.
Another conversion for my Druze group: Mr. Saito Togan. The original pose is somewhat weird, so I used the shikami, with that badass look as base and sculpted the mask. The ponytail is from aleph's mk3 proxy. @chromedog had the same idea
Sounds workable to me. Lotta parts though, plus her fluff indicates she's a midget like Uhahu, but Tomcats are a little small iirc. Maybe the female Wildcat could do since they're also a little smaller than everyone else like the tomcat. Doggone.
Spoiler: Wanna make her like this -_- No idea where to get parts though... Also, some attempt to make all-in-one Taskmaster (arm swap + pistol) Spoiler
Hasslefree minis makes P90s in scale. You can probably find a good base mini in their Modern/Post-Apoc Adventurers range, too. Like, say, HFA121 Widow. Spoiler A little sculpting of the hat, problem solved. Well, Widow might be a bit tall for what you want. If your GS-fu is strong, you might try HFA005 Young Maria as your starting point, add a head from Statuesque Mini's Finescale heads range, gun from Hasslefree. Hasslefree guns are perfectly in scale, I have used ... many of them. Hasslefree heads are a bit oversized compared to Infinity, about perfect for an anime character. Statuesque Minis you do need to buy the finescale heads not the heroic.
Uhahu's blurb in Uprising has her mention Mary Problems as another Baker Module kid. And also a detective dude called Watson, because she's Holmeless.
My recent conversion for StarCo: Mobile Brigada TinBot profile: First the multi rifle was turned into a combi rifle further the anger fist was repositioned and a wire was attached. Second the TinBot got the proper treatment and was attached to the Brigada's back
@Tristan228 I love the idea of a backpack Tinbot. It looks both unique and natural on the Brigada model.
Because gazillion versions of Joan weren't good enough for me, I present to you my "battle" ravaged Joan Heavy WIP, just primed her to see if I missed any mold lines etc. Wanted to sculpt her some abs, but I am so bad with green stuff I barely managed to "sculpt" her a belly button :-D
Trying to put some leftover bits to use Spoiler: Sin-Eater Spitfire Spoiler: Prowler Boarding shotgun Spoiler: Zero Sniper
Well, TAK is here but I don't have my models yet. So, since I can't stand still and my tartary lists are in need of some new and shiny models, I have customized two of my dudettes. Gruntovik And a SMG Foxtrelok with a thick hood. Tartary winter is a cold one, tovarisch!
