Let's hope having only one Kamau Combi is indeed an indicator of mixed linkability. That's definitely a good optimistic viewpoint. When it comes to units where limited miniature options are available, I'm far more willing to convert sculpts and put in time/effort than the majority of the community. But I still find myself a bit wary that we're seeing all those Kamau SWC weapons in the starter box.
Yeah, I mean, I'm perfectly prepared to pick up extra sets of Combi arms and bodies to do some swaps (hey @ShaeKonnit ) like I did with my Bolts (which I 100% am super glad I did not sarcastic AT ALL nope, I don't miss Comic Sans one little bit) so in the end it won't hurt me. But I still hate it.
Yeah, Echo, Helots, and Zulu's are first and foremost for sure! I hope that we get a HI unit that is a Guard or Knight tho, and if it was a beefy S5 that would be cool. Also seeing as we are the Tag faction, I think at least more than 1 tag (Cutter) is needed eventually for Varuna. A Lite S6 Tag would be cool and give options to take a tag without spending over a 100 pts for a Cutter. I hope it is a really strong Sectorial (that is easy to intermediate to play) that is Pano's best yet! If it was on par with the strongest Sectorial's in the game it would get the other Factions to notice and remind them that we are indeed the HYPERPOWER!

Yeah, while it may be nice to have MSV2 in fusiliers, I don't find it thematic. What I hope for are: kamau+zulu cobras(non camo), orcs+new guard, and maybe fusiliers+orcs
I do think it would make the 1 Combi less annoying, just because I'm less inclined to ever field a basic Kamau Combi compared to special weapons. But if Kamau and ORCS can mix link, it'll be a nightmare.
If they're "just" AVA5, it won't be a huge deal. If they're AVA Total like I've been speculating/thinking...yeah, that'll be a whole different beast. Honestly though? No matter what, it's inexcusable that we can't at least get fricking alternate arms for these shitty designed PanO boxes. Whoever keeps designing these monstrosities of SWC excess needs to be kept from ever doing another one.

Well that shoulder thingy is officially MSV now. Wonder when MSV will get added to the Uhlan profile.
I'm sad about the Aquila of course, but I actually like the design of that targeting module on the shoulder. If it wasn't for the historical inconsistency, I don't think anyone would mind. I completely missed that she had it present, when I first looked at the render from NOVA.
