If the Seraph deploys the crabbot what happens to the auxbot? Does it shutdown or does it follow the crabbot?

Lol, that would be pretty cool if the Auxbot could go around with it. I'd actually like the Auxbot on it, in that situation.

What dictates this? Is there a rule that specifies this?

I think same reasons why CrazyKoalas will follow Yojimbo around regardless if mounted or dismounted - though the Smoke Light Grenade Launcher is valid for mounted only - and similarly why CrazyKoalas will not follow the O-Yoroi pilot. Incidentally, same reason why the Crabbot will not have a Spitfire.

You have two different unit weapon entry lines. Spitfire and Auxbot belong to the TAG, Crabbot's line says Flash Pulse.

Now, this, naturally, doesn't stop someone like IJW to come in and point out a quirk of the G: Synchronized rules I've missed, but I am fairly confident that I didn't miss anything in there that'd make it function for the Crabbot. I do not think that the TAG and Crabbot count as the same trooper, only the same unit, and the relationship between Synch and Controller is on trooper level.

As C0MR4DE says, the Auxbot won't be disconnected (LOCKED is not a null state) and can thus still react in ARO.
