Are there any plans for recruiting Warcor ambassadors for Aristeia only? I have the greatest respect for the quality of Infinity. The metal miniatures are the best around and I am told that the game rewards skillful play. However those of us without the time and interest to explore Infinity may want to spread the word about Aristeia.
There should be, but afaik there was no info about it. Imo its enough to add more warcors in general, as there are also warcors not interested in promoting Aristeia.
Yes, we're really interested on add Warcors for Aristeia only :) We'll open applications later this winter ;) Thanks for your interest!
I’ll be watching for the applications to open with excitement! I don’t think we have a Warcor in my area anyway but I’m very interested in personally promoting Aristeia and organizing tournaments locally.
Aristeia! Warcors should be called Commentators, Ariscors, Talent Scouts, or something IMO, as its not technically a War.
I would propose the name for Aristeia! Warcors as "Aoidos," the ancient Greek word for bard as in the Homeric tradition of singing the praises of the great athletes. Do not confuse with "Aidos" the Greek goddess of shame and humility. LOL
I just got into the game a few days ago had our first game today it was a blast. I'd be keen to apply for as a Warcors for Aristeia! only in New Zealand.
I'd assume it would be the case @dakara as current existing Warcors already potentially demo-Aristeia.
Asking for help now that I have been accepted as Warcor. I just received my free Warcor T-shirt along with AGL seasons one and two. I realize that the code for season one expired at the conclusion of Interplanetario in August but the box contains interesting items that I have not fully explored. I started this thread back in December 2017 soon after the release. I would like to rejuvenate it with my seeking answers to the culture of Warcors in general and help from members concerning the most efficient way to teach Aristeia! to newbies.
Oh, congratulations @Roadrunner7431! Back in September, shortly after the Interplanetario, I was told that physical S1 codes won't expire and that I could check them at this site https://otm.corvusbelli.com/private/my-codes , just in case they might still be valid! PS: Although we still had some problems with our codes, mind you.
I contacted @Koni in mid July. He asked me to submit the standard Warcor application. I had trouble using Safari as a browser but the application went through under Chrome. I heard nothing until ten days ago but I understand the CB staff must have been very busy with Gencon, Interplanetario, kick-off to Season Two with most events in Spain and finally Spiel Essen last week. I have registered for the Las Vegas Open in early February and hope to run demos there. It is probably too late to organize an Aristeia tournament but I plan to contact the Infinity Warcor to see how I might help. I know next to nothing about Infinity except it is a great game with superb models. Hopefully CB will keep promoting Aristeia.
Hi guys, New to the forum - I'm pleased to say that I got approved as a Warcor this week with my primary focus being on Aristeia! We have a great Warcor for Infinity locally, who has grown a fantastic community in our FLGS. I'm hoping to start doing the same with Aristeia! My plan is to try and get everything painted up in the next couple of weeks and then run some events in the new year. I'm based in Shropshire, England.
I just noticed and really like our new red "Warcor Aristeia" banners. I'm based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA
