With the Asura out the way, it's time to start on Cold front. My aim is to get at least these 5 done this month... and I'll be starting with the Yadu!
Well, I don't know what painting I'll get done this month, as the last couple months have been slow for me. I've got most of a Shikami painted up, and I made an impulse purchase of a Gorgos pilot a few weeks ago. My plan was to convert her up into another Cube Jaeger but I don't really need to. Then I thought maybe I could just not bother with converting her at all and use her to proxy a brawler or Krakot Renegade. I don't know, I'm keeping her in a back burner for a while, I might yet still convert her to something with a backpack. I do hope I at least finish up the Shikami's armor if nothing else, but the Brawler and Cube Jager mock me begging to be finished.
I worked on the Brawler. She's looking pretty cool all things considered. Edit: Finished the Shikami too.

Nice! Try not to use the flash, it works bad on minis as it flattens highlights and does bad stuff. I'm liking that color scheme though.

My pledge for August is the remaining Acontecimiento regular from the starter pack. Bueno, en agosto voy a pintar a la regular de Acontecimiento que falta por pintar del starter pack (aunque no va a ser el último regular que pinte).
I finished the Cube Jäger. Now I can field him and have people think I'm good at the game because I won him at a tournament. Which to be fair, is true, but it was a raffle instead of a reflection of my skill. Now I have a "Pink Bracken" Trifecta going. I'd have gotten the Bashi Bazouk out too but I didn't want to rummage through my army bag. I don't think I have a handle on Tohaa and their skin tone. The different color face to "hair" is tough. Definitely didn't help that he had goggles breaking up the whole thing. Can't quite get the yellow eyes right either. Can any Tohaa veterans put in some pointers?
I don't think too many people here has already anything from Coldfront appart from some warcors and the people that went to GenCon...
