    Hey,
I recently statrted playing Aleph. I stumpled upon the Shukra Consultant.
    The Counterintelligence rule especially.

    EFFECTS

The first part is clear. I can loose only one order, if I go first.
If I go second, normaly I can use max. one command token to cancel 2 orders from the pool or to avoid he performance of more than one coordinated orders in the first turn (or use evo software).
With CI, I´m allowed to use two command tokens, right?
This in turn would allowe me to cancel 4 orders of the enemy order pool (or run two evo software programs)?

No, it means if you go first and your opponent decides to restrict the number of command tokens you can use, you are restricted to two instead of one.

If you go second Counterintelligence is useless.

Also EVO Supportware is separate entirely from Strategic uses of command tokens and is unaffected by this rule
