    Hi.

Really new to this but I'm liking the style of the Tunguska minis.

This is the starting point I can think of just using the box contents:

    Jurisdictional Command of Tunguska
    ──────────────────────────────────────────────────
    [IMG]6
SECURITATE Lieutenant Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 13)
SECURITATE (Repeater) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 16)
SECURITATE (Repeater) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 16)[IMG]
    HOLLOW MEN MULTI Rifle + Pitcher, Chain-colt / Breaker Pistol, Knife. (0 | 35)
KRIZA BORAC Lieutenant HMG / Heavy Pistol, CC Weapon. (2 | 54)
HECKLER Hacker (Killer Hacking Device) Combi Rifle, Cybermines / Assault Pistol, Knife. (0 | 24)
2 SWC | 158 PointsOpen in Infinity Army

Two obvious options (when the minis are released) will be a Securitate core link with possible Grenzer and Interventor additions, or the Hollow Men core (or Haris) and I am pretty partial to those sculpts.

The Heckler with Jammer looks like a good possible addition too. Especially with the Fast Panda.

Is there anything that is almost auto include or would it be worthwhile going for minis I like and learn to utilise them?

    Cheers for your time.

If you are looking for something worthwile i´d recommend the basics.
You need to think about doing your missions and for that you need specialists. With the starter you get a punch but not really specialists.

    Interventor pack (Hacker+Fast Panda)
    Remotes (S3 and S4) ,
    Support box (Doc + Engineer)
    Spektrs (double blister)

    Interventors are definitely worth it.

I'd also recommend the S4 REMs, Tsyklons and Lunokhods are great in general and extra valuable in TJC. Paired with the EVO Salyut you can give them all B2 in ARO with a single order.

Support pack for the Clockmaker and zondbot, but if this isn't your first army I'd say just proxy that.

Heckler is also worth it, probably the closest thing TJC has to an auto include.

agree with other responses, Interventors definitely the first addition. Afterward remotes to synergize with them and engineer to repair them. Then maybe the heckler jammer for some area defense and another panda, and the hollow man kit when it's released.

Regarding the interventors/REMs, in addition to Overclock providing B2 reactive AROs for all repeater-equipped REMs, on the active turn you have assisted fire for Marksmanship level 2, which ignores cover and adds shock to your ammo type. This makes the heavy shotgun of the Lunokhod devastating at close range, +6 to hit, Burst 2, 15 dmg, ignoring cover (on hit, not armor roll), then AP/Shock or Shock/impact template. Also the Tsyklons spitfire basically becomes a red fury with +1 damage that ignores cover to hit.

Lastly if you see yourself leveraging overclock like that, a solid cheapo DZ guard is the transductor zond, all he has is a flash pulse, but he has 12" move and a repeater so he can B2 flash pulse on ARO, then fly across the map to an opportunistic hacking or objective location (such as to spotlight for confidential, set up a surprise hacking attack on an enemy unit who thought he was out of range, or capture an HVT), providing a lot of tactical uses for a 8 pt piece in a force with one or more interventors

While not as important for Tunguska, the Puppeteer and his puppets are a very important addition to any force. Sure, it's about 50-60 points, but it's a "free haris" that counts as a single model, so...
And they have a staggering stopping power for the point cost (6 wounds on the puppets for 60pts... and if you have an engineer, the enemy has to take out the 2 levels of unconscious or risk them back).

    Wow. Thank you all.

    So the following:
    1. Interventor
    2. REMs to work with the Interventors
    3. Engineer to keep the REMs working
    4. Other toys like Heckler with hammer, Puppeteer, more Hollow Men
    Like the sound of that.

The Szalamandra if you want something fun with a really big gun.

also there is both Icestorm and it's beyond box for spektr, MSR grenzer and MK12 Kriza. (plus other odds and ends for vanilla/corrigidor)

The TAG does look amazing I'll admit (most do), but I'll build up to something like that I reckon. Get a little more flexibility first.

Having the generic starter, i already have the grenzer and a specter.
I went for the Szally, plus Interventors and the Remotes Zonds.
Enough to make fun lists with not a huge budget.
