I don't get why CB thinks mocking their customers is a good idea

Also Red Fury on the Echo Bravos. Several units with Shock Marksman Rifle.

 

People are going to be upset regardless (justified or not) so why wouldn’t CB try and have fun with it?

 

Camo with Rocket Launcher? In Pano? I assume those Helot won't be infiltrating. But still, very interesting. Assuming this is a unit that will be in generic Pano without any SWC tax, this could be a great new unit.

 

Because there's a lot of difference between someone having fun with you or at you. Also, mocking someone and trying to brush if of as "just a joke" is not only shitty, but actually harmful in a lot of cases.

 

Imo Bostria is mostly funny.

Models looks nice and interesting, but Combi+LSG and Combi+Assault Pistol combos scares shit out of me ;(

Also I'm super distanced from yet another PanO AD trooper, it's that CB really has to put effort to make them playable/interesting ;(

For once it isn't us I am concerned about, Frontovniks look like shit compared to Kamau. Everyone pays for an upgraded gun and an AssPistol. I assume they turn out great for mixed Link, but so far they seem so bad they could be PanO.

Yea, but PanO seems to be especially cursed with this combination of Combi+Assault pistol (which costs ton of points and actually have little sense gameplay-wise, Assault Pistol + Rifle is actually extremaly cheap and powerfull combo).

I'm not saying PanO should have Assault Pistol +Combi but well they should at least be costed (almost) like a Assault+Rifle.

 

And apply the same principle to Combi + LS. They should be the same or 1pt more than a rifle + LS or rifle + assault pistol.

 

Really, the thing that surprises me the most here is the Fuerbach.

 

Starter has 6,5 swc who has came up with such idea? I supposed they were considered to be blanced more or less. And what we will have in Kamau box? 4 Combi rifle kamau?
Aside from that everything looks quite great, only helots are different from speculations and Echo Bravo bring questionable combi+lsg. Overall I like what we have so far.
Do you think Varuna will get more own units? Right now it has 8, I hope we will get Guard unit but I won`t be so sure.

 

Well I was there at the seminar and everyone was having a lot of fun and enjoying it. At the end of the day it's a game of tin soldiers so people there probably weren't looking to be offended and outraged.

 

Who says the starter has 6.5 SWC? Maybe the ORC Fuerbach is 1.5 SRC. Imagine how awesome that would be. ;)

 

And hey, who knows, that Hacker might be a KHD Hacker. So 0 SWC there too.
