I was just putting together a list for huntjng party and i think an hmg kriza, a MR Kriza, and a hollowman could work

If it was 2 Holo 1 Kriza I would like it a lot more.

That's what I was thinking: pitcher + AHD + Tinbot in the link

Which isn't actually legal because it doesn't have a Haris profile. Derp.

It's not legal because you can only have 1 Hollow.

1 Hollow and 2 Kriza works surprisingly well actually.

Same here. It doesn't do anything that a kriza or kriza + specialist hollow doesnt do, and it costs half of your list.

When I list build for TJC I find myself really light on defense. I usually end up switching to vanilla. The lack of minelayer/Morans really makes me nervous. What do you guys do to keep from getting rolled if you go second?

I've been using Lunokhods and Minelayer Puppermasters and I've had success with those. Perseus and defensive links also help.

I've said before and I'll say again, I don't think lacking morans and minelayer zeroes makes us C tier on defense, it just means we aren't S tier like Vanilla.

Yes, Vanilla is crazy good at defense, but both Bakunin and Corregidor are solid. That lack of midfield presence worries me a lot. Perhaps that is a crutch I need to work on at some point, but right now I find it off putting.

Tunguska certainly has less disposable defensive options, then vanilla or the other Nomad sectorials, we do have some good options though.

    Lunkohold
    Minelayer puppeteer
Dismounted bikes, you as least don't loose the order
    Perseus linked
    Repeater BS securitate linked
    Transductors
Even most Grenzers and hollowmen have DTWs
    Any heckler

The thing to remember is to set up your guys so they can't be seen from outside their good range bands. Perseus especially can bog guys down shooting on 16s (or smoke on 19) while inflicting -9.

Expensive DTW trades suck, but if your opponent spent 3 or 4 orders marching across the board only to lose the guy to a trade you win, or at least loose less.

Hecklers require mind games, the emarat heckler is cheapish and can stop any Rambo, the jammers is safer but less reliable, needing to hit and doing weaker damage. Mix up your hecklers and keep your opponent guessing.

Finally tunguska is a very mobile force with a lot of climbing plus/super jump. Deploy what you can in hard to access locations the move out when you're ready to strike.

The tools I have used on Defense are the Grenzer ML, Hecklers, Puppetmaster minelayer, and just a plain ton of flash pulses. A good amount of my lists have two tsyklons, warcor, and two puppets as FOs. I figure as long as my units survive to the Active turn, I am fine giving up a little bit of the board, as our units tend to excel in the active and take the board back.

I don't think they are worth it. Spector is really great as AD trooper. For 10 more points you better get hollow men harris with ML or spit and 2 wounds.
