I see two possibility for the future Strelok/Antipode : - either a mimetism version with the dog - or a camo version with the dog also being camo Ghost Synchro unit in marker state is possible (see Scylla) so no problem on that side. Not sure about ambush camo with this unit. We already have acess to 2 units with it (Hardcase, Spetsnaz) with a potential of 4 fake marker (6 if you add the chasseur mine). Not sure if Ariadna need even more shell game. I already have 10-14 camo markers on all my 300 points game (and 10-11 in LI), not sure I need more
Given the Strelok in the beyond box is on its own, I'm guessing not all profiles come with Antipodes, so some may have camo of some sort and others not.
Been looking to the vedic name. Those are 26 or so divine dancers, considered able to change their shape... So maybe HoloN1 KHD? Dunno if Vedic will have any pesky melee prowess, but they would also be prime candidates.
And also seduce dogs, in the Vedic/TAK matchup, I guess? Unless we get some profile updates and the antipodes get NBW. Which they should. For fluff reasons entirely, I promise.
And Mines...that profile is far better than I imagined. And double PF for the extra fun. And on top 4-4 MOV in Full Power. Not bad at all. The Aleph ones got either Shock or Bioimmunity with NWI, which is also pretty good.
Great, but wouldn't it be simpler to give 2W and Courage ? Dart is fantastic, but I find the HRL & HMG yadu profiles are redundant with the Proxy mk4. the 36pts multi rifle yadu is very good, kinda like an Asura-lite
No. There is still a whole set of important differences. For one, Bioimmunity enables you to move Shock to BTS save, and only roll one save for Viral hit. Another thing is that you still lose Unconscious state, which has a whole host of issue attached to it. Plus, and this is VERY IMPORTANT: This is way more lore-ful. Aleph troops operate until there can be something to operate. They don't go temporarily out-of-action - if they can work, they will work, and if they can't, something has gone majorly wrong
WIP 13 minesweeper with weapon and Armor that allow him to go through the board, gonna be fun on Aleph and AC netrods Streloks T2 marksman rifle remind me of the Heckler red fury. Lot of offensive potential here. Also, with streloks, the level of mind game we can reach is so very high i can't begin to evaluate it. When do you think this will go into army ? Next week on friday ?
More expensive Sukeuls without Mimetism. Don't get me wrong they're perfectly alright, but I kinda need to see some Fireteam options. We're talking Vanilla Aleph here, home of the Proxy HMG.
