    Hi guys

Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find a clear answer that quoted a rule anywhere. Say a model use intuitive attack to hit a link team through smoke, who counts as being targeted by the attack to allow them to BS attack back (using SSL2)? Just the main target or anyone hit by the template?

    Cheers

Everyone hit by the template is a target, even if they weren't the original target, so they can all shoot back.

Thanks guys, that's what I thought. Is it stated anywhere in the rules or an FAQ?

actually looking at it there is no mention of main target in direct template rules. How would this work for impact templates? Ignore the intuitive attack part, e.g. a model with MSV2 attacks with an impact template through smoke to target 1 member of the link but blasts others how would that work?

Given that Damage rolls etc. are all worded as 'the target of the Attack must Roll against ARM' or similar phrasing, that would mean the template could only affect one trooper. ;-)
