How do the new skills/weapons in Tusguska even work?

So, Tunguska dropped comparatively recently, but I still can't find any entries on the Infinity Wiki about how rules such as Counterintelligence, AI Motorcycle, G:Marionette and Zondmate, nor how and/or what Cybermines do ( At least the Zapper weapon has a very self-explanatory ''It's a Dam 13 Small Template E/M2 gun'' profile in the army builder. ).

is there some other place I'm supposed to find out how these rules work? Or is the Wiki just not functioning properly on my end?
