I'd guess this is the main reason it's not a special haris is so you can have two simultaneous haris teams, one puppets and one other in Tunguska, as well as having the puppet haris in vanilla
usually yes, but you should still look the sectorial composition chart. Perseus has a Haris loadout but cannot form standard haris (due to AVA less than 3, and also due to not being listed in the chart).
Everything looks powerful and awesome. However at the same time everything is expensive. I have to try out before writing final thoughts.
Grenzer are listed as core, harris and special in the pdf so there is no problem for them forming a standard harris, isn't it ?
there is no problem for them forming a standard haris. i was only pointing out that thay can do it because of sectorial chart and not because they had access to a Haris profile. Applying the same logic to Duo, Ikari's ABH has the Duo skill but cannot form Duo in that sectorial (because of the chart).
Most units have the Haris option so that they form their special haris teams, not necessarily because they have a standard haris option. For example, Perseus' Haris option is for if you plan to team him up with Raoul and a Stempler
Except that the rule G: Marionette specifically says that you cannot. I have a feeling I'm going to be reminding people of that a lot in the coming weeks...
Yep, same for the AI Bike, it is REM while in G:Synch mode, can be hacked but cannot be buffed :( new edit : I miss-read, the ZondMate can use Supportware, only the Mounted Profile can't.
There is some individual power creep that affects vanilla but the sectorial is not the powerhouse you guys think it is, there are some serious weaknesses.
I'm gonna be curious to experiment with the Kriza HMG and Hollowman Spec op Duo. Kriza HMG is a heck of an escort to a console.
The example in the skills pdf gives an example that implies you can use supportware on the G:Sync rem: "The Mounted Trooper Profile cannot benefit from its G: Synchronized REM’s Supportware. That means those Supportware programs affecting the G: Synchronized REM are automatically cancelled for that trooper when the Dismounted Trooper declares Move (Mount) and the Mounted Trooper Profile is applied."
I believe the Zondmate profile can benefit from supportware, just not the Mounted profile. It can't benefit from Gadget-EVO programs, but it can from good ol' Gadget-2 programs, possibly applied by the Dismounted Zondnaut, since the Zondmate will always be in the Zondnaut's area of control.
It can but I think the only reasonable one would be enhanced reaction. The AI Motorcyle is pretty gross the more I think about it. Are you going to run into a Mine or CK? Dismount and throw your remote in front of it. Pesky templates around the corner? Dismount and template them with your remote.

It's nothing new (good old Auxilia, that Tohaa guy, the ALEPH ones can do it twice), but being fast and able to do it is pretty cool.
So what are people's initial impressions of tactics and usefulness of units in the sectorial? The mixing of Grenzer and the reworked Securitate is a lot for us to play with, I'm trying to see the most optimal cases for the Zondnautica and the Hollow Men acting like the Domaru (as far as mixable with lots of links) of this sectorial is very intriguing to me. The Forward Deployment Tsyklons is also a neat touch. What about the Puppet Troupe?
