Another update, pretty busy March thought. Lots of minis painted: Home made Cube Jagger Second Bandit (family pic) CSU Order Sergeant Hope you like them. More pics at http://pintaoplomo.blogspot.com.es/
Szalamandra. Upcoming, mi Intruder Sniper cover using Intruder HMG. And now I'm done with Nomads until new Zoe is released. http://pintaoplomo.blogspot.com.es/2018/04/szalamandra-squadron.html
It was in purpose. I would have something that seems "artificial" as Zoe is literally being eated by a virus and changing entire body parts by mechanics.
Kamau HMG, I changed the scheme a bit just trying to add more variety to my PanO troops. Inspired by original design, I like the fluor blue effect, plus the green in belts and bags to keep the miniature in a cold palette. More at: http://pintaoplomo.blogspot.com/
New Riot Grrrls (and the original one from Bakunin starter). I didn't plan to add these minis to my army, but they are quite attracting in StarCo, and I am also planning to use them as Karakuris in my (future) JSA. Actually, head swap make them more visually attractive to me. More like some kind of terror commando than just merely hardboiled punks...
Difficult to say, I found them searching Ninja heads, ordered them and can't found the invoice in my Paypal or bank account, sorry. They are a bit small, therefore can't be used as "helmets" (specially in male figures) but fit pretty well with girls if you want to have a cyborg head or something like this. I will look abroad and check if could find the manufacturer (were 3D printed, that's for sure). Thanks! The intention, as said is to be very very neutral in order to use them in Nomads (Purple, Grey, Black, White), StarCo (Grey, Black, White) and JSA (Deep Red, Grey, Black, White). So I also could use my remotes and other stuff with JSA (which is a project just based on Core Box + Domarus, Ninjas/Shikamis and a Guija that bought very cheap, and stop there). So far, need to re-use remotes and Riot (Karakuris) at least. Agree with you, original models didn't appeal me, now I am very happy with the result (and effort to paint them is barely nothing).
Yes, black plus metal drybrush, black/brown shade and some subtle metal drybrush. Then white and gren light. Couple of hours for 3 models done.
Finished my Magister Knights. Don't like the huge difference male/female in HIs, so I've decided to pick just guys. I saved one female magister to build a Jean d'Arc and share the other three with a mate. Also don't like the Panzerfaust model, and therefore I use one model to build a rocket launcher, and the second got profit on Swiss sword. Pretty simple scheme, as per all my Panoceania troopers. Vallejo Metal Medium + Dark blue + Black (so really deep blue). Blue shade and repaint with original mix. Some metal parts and clothes with regular brown highlighting and same recipe for black than my Nomads. More pics at pintaoplomo.blogspot.com
@Pakulkan A wonderful, simple look for the knights. Kind of like your Riot Grrls. Will you do a family photo in the future? Showcasing how much you have done all this time. Maybe even include other games' figures that you completed?
