    Hi;

    A Caliban Seed-Embryo is put into IMM-2 state by an Adhesive Launcher. Does it still hatch?

    If it does, is the Developed Shape in IMM-2 state?

    If it doesn't, and it's a specialist, does it count as "hunted down" for scoring Hunting Party?

    TIA!

    Yes, it hachtes regulary, because hatching in your second turn is no movement skill. However you can´t trigger the hatching process prematurely. The Immobilized state remains because it can only be removed by a engineer.
    An enemy is hunted down, if it is in this state at the END of the game. But to answer your question, i´d expect the seed embro to be a specialist.

    Hope these answers help.
