My understanding is minelayer doesn't give you mines, just the ability to use deployables... (repeaters, etc..) I could be wrong.
Army adds Antipersonal Mines to the profile when you add Minelayer. I think for 2 XP thats reasonable. You could add Deployable Repeaters on a Brawler SpecOp to use the Minelayer skill on something else, and other SpecOps have different Deployables, like Cyber Mines too.
I got 9 Points in my second game! So here's my upgrades BRAWLER (Infinity Spec-Ops) (15 XP) (BS:13, CH: Mimetism, X Visor) Rifle, Light Shotgun, Akrylat-Kanone, Panzerfaust / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 17) Eventually want a Spitfire, and MSV1. Possibly up the ARM and or Wounds.
