    Hey Fellow Peeps,
I am a new player (well new is realitive I originally started in V1 but haven't played in years (still have the rulebook= picked up red veil last year had a couple of games but that's it).
So I have spiral corps on order and after looking through the army lists it seems to be lacking specialists and is low on number of orders.
Any advice on where to go using the box as a base?
(most games for now will probably be simple fire fights and objective control games)

Chaksa Auxiliars are worth getting. They are the closest thing we have to remotes. The Heavy Flamethrower option is the cheapest regular order you can get in the army.

The Kaauri are cheap, S1 (which fits in tiny little locations), and packed with skills. Many Tohaa players love fitting these guys in as order filler.

Neema has a two wound symbiont armor, BS 13, and some excellent Lieutenant options. With the lack of HMGs in Spiral, Neema's Spitfire will be quite welcome.

People who hate Tohaa often hate the Rasail. Two wound Symbiont Armor with a Nanoscreen and a Chaksa buddy that runs around with them. These guys tend to do a lot of heavy lifting.

The Kerail has lots of options, fast, dangerous, and cheap! The most cost effective loadout is 20 points. For that you get a Symiont Armor wearing 6-4 MOV unit with an SMG, Smoke Grenades, and a Beast that will ruin most people's day. For an extra 8 points (28) you can even get a second beast.

Also worth mentioning is the Clipsos Infiltrator. There's one in the SC box, but if you want more specialists for pushing buttons, there's no reason not to play two of those bad boys/girls.

Are brawlers worth it? (going to get some becuase rule of cool but would be awesome if they are useful as well)

I think you can skip brawlers to start. There's other stuff you'll want more, and you can get the same effect by tricore-ing something. The brawlers feel like they exist mostly so there's a line troop in the army .

Because you could just skip the brawler link and juggle your tricore around. Disguising the Tagmaa as the brawler HRL could be a cute shell game if smoke and MSV2 is popular near you.
