Looks solid to me. Why not use Fusilier Missile Launchers, if I might ask? They are cheaper, and if they are primarily being used as ARO pieces, an explosive shell is going to hurt a whole lot more than a sniper shot. With the extra points, you could grab a Tech Bee.

Dont put your Swiss HMG in same group as your primary ARO pieces. In case you lose your ARO (as you will) it will affect order pool of Swiss, limiting what he can do once he gets an active turn.
I think that Swiss should have a full 10 orders. Actually auxilis or CSU can do nice help even when they do have 5 orders to use (usually enough to flame someone ).
Noob question: what's your plan B after the Swiss goes down? It might be just lack of experience on my part but I don't see a secondary attack piece worth the name.
No. It's a good question. But i thinked that if i have black friar, hexa and deva, i could use them for a second attack or to hold back the position taken. Group 2 is completely pointless this way to be honest. :-( And I strongly disagree with the advice that ARO units and attack units should not share the same combat groups. Just don't throw away your ARO units mindlessly and you'll be fine. Move the Fusiliers up and the Machinist, the 2 CSUs, the Hexa and the Sierra down. It is far more important to distribute your jump troops and hidden deployment units evenly, so no order pool starts starved if you go first.
A 7-7 split in your order pools is rarely ever good. It will leave one pool with 5 orders (either because your opponent used a Command Token to take two orders away or because you lost a couple models). I really don't recommend starting a group with less than 8 orders, and having 9-10 orders in the main group will always be better. I also agree with @Commoner1 that you should have some models you aren't planning on activating in your primary combat group, to allow you to spend their orders on other models.
It's more that you should always try to make sure that you have a use for the orders in your second group. So including one viable attack piece and one viable specialist in that group is always good. I'd argue that's more important than maintaining the 10 orders for your Swiss rampage in the case of this list.

good evening at all I 've played a match in friday and unfortunately i've lost it was a good match but i was wrong with my swiss guard, i could dominate all the enemy line but like a noob i've blocked the swiss and I withdrew BUT i've unterstand many important things 1- the swiss guard is the the true strongest piece of neoterra, a little tag with TO camo with a great desire to purify XD the idea to take two in a list it's no bad (hmg + assault hacking for example) 2- a liutenant like a deva have a very good wip but is very vulnerable and for the adversary is easy to think that it is the LT 3- a fusilier's link team is strong in the aro reaction turns, but if it is the only job of the team, they become usuless or to use only in few situation take them with a missile launcher and a hmg and a specialist in the team it's not bad idea 4- hexa is a very good piece, the strenght of it: is the cheaper to camo in all panoceania 5- i need a plan b; in a strong list you have to be ready to change the plan when the situation break down, a locust or another swiss, or in general another strong piece is necessary 6- never give up
