Took a list with dropSpector on Tuesday My goodness. Killed a Hac Tao HMG, Zhanshi, Celestial Guard, Kuang Shi and also pinned down a Guilang with a Drop Bear. Absolute beast.
@SuperD : really interesting list. I like the overall concept. I‘d try to kick out spector though, just to see what happens. That could give you 2 additinal Jaguars, a Hardcase and possibly event a warcor. Not sure if that would be superior, but I like having some more orders
With StarCo you can easily buld Linktems which can then be used in certain roles on the battlefield. If you e.g. swp the ML MB fo the TinBot MB you have the perfect taxi for your Daktari to fulfill objectives and you don't have to leave the fifth member somewhere. Also the haris Brawler will enable you to build up a defensive link which doubles the HRL's ARO capability. Starco. I think DropSpector is the ultimate StarCo rambo. The others shine best in a fireteam, but spector likes to go in alone.
Ran a list last night for Highly Classified Did really well, Raoul was a beast, immobilising the anaconda turn 1 and killed His only engineer so it couldn’t come back! I think I’m going against the grain by not running Emily or a core link but in three games it hasn’t been an issue. Everything works well individually and the Msv 2 sniper has been my mvp in every game so far Only thing I think I need is a bandit killer hacker in the mid field but so far been really enjoying it

The 5 solo pieces (Bandit, Al Hawwa, Raoul, Hellcat and Daktari) can be shifted around but I'm not sure the best way to set them up.
Not sure if I like the list too much. I‘d like to somehow get zondbots s guy to bring back the Alguaciles to 5 incase the ML bites the dust in ARO and at least a second Jaguar. How about dropping the Hellcat HMG for an Alguaciles HMG, Jaguar with chain and one Zondbot. That would give you a second spurce of smoke, an additional corner guard, a third way to exploit the 5 man link bonus (direct or indirect fire with Emily, ML ARO and HMG for active turn long range) and a bit more utility on the Daktari with the Zondbot. Especially the latter feels important as your Brawler Sniper might end up on tall buildings and you may want healing possibilities close to both links. Also you start with two more orders. I‘d also consider changing the Hawwa to FO to get SWC to take an Alguaciles as LT and replace the Brawler LT with a CSU. The gained 8 Points would get you a flash REM. Thst would make your LT a bit more hidden (even though all possible LTs and the CoC may be placed relatively close to each other), give you another linked specialist and again an additional order. But admittedly, a lot of this is personal taste. If you want to keep the model choice as is, I wouldn’t want to change the combat group distribution. Worst case, the open spit in group one always allows you to shift groups a bit.
Ideally this list has 2 X FO Algs and a Zondbot. But I can't quite squeeze it in. I'll think about dropping the AHD Al Hawwa for an FO (to get the Zondbot). But Al Hawwa are one of the best AHD profiles in the game and they're just so much fun. Largely agree on the Brawler Lt being suboptimal. Would prefer a CSU in there. But the Hellcat HMG is also hilarious fun. I take your point about a B5 weapon in the DZ. But honestly I'd be running a MB core if that was what I was trying to do. I already have 2 sources of Smoke. So I'd probably look at using any points saved to grab the profiles I'd want and a Warcor. I think my core problem is I'm trying to do too much and should either run Raoul or Hellcat HMG + Hellcat BSG. Good suggestions though. :)
I would definitely want to be giving Spector an entire pool of regular orders to use, even if you go first and lose two, he's just so incredibly damaging.
Incidentally this is my current StarCo all comers list and I find it to be mostly ridiculous. Linked MSV2 and Smoke (free Smoke, from the impetuous order, plus another source too), White Noise, a Tsyklon to upgrade with MML2, free rolls on the booty and metachemistry table for a bit of fun, CoC, excellent Spec Fire capability, good infowar and great repeater options, AD troop, CC capability, lots of orders, all specialist types, deploys plenty of camo... I just can't think of anything it doesn't do outside of not having any ODD/TO Camo (which is not in StarCo) and being made up almost entirely of single-wound LI troops. But I mean, who cares, when you've got that many? Starco. Except you're not (giving Spektor an entire Order pool). Both Spektor and your door-opening gun are in the same order pool. So any order you spend on the MSR you take away from Spektor. I think it's a 'needs testing' problem. Work out what order split works for me. Edit: I’m not saying you’re wrong. Just that for me to really get Spektor to do his thing I’ll need to remove some AROs.
Just a little question: if you play the MB + Daktari + Sr.Massacre which are your most used Mobile Brigada profiles?
HMG+Tinbot+Lt(either, but not necessarily). I think you can also run the ML and reform the link without it on your active. If I want a mainly defensive link then I'd go Grrls.

(0 | 25) 2 SWC | 150 Points Open in Infinity Army Mostly it did okay - the brawler squad was a good counter against enemy fireteams, the CSU duo could generally get a fun metachem roll between them and the bandits were an everpresent danger (tho they sure died a lot). Struggled hard against enemies with rambo units or snipers though - they'd just take out the brawler HRL and then go to town on me (usually until running into a crazy koala or heavy shotgun to the face). I made a list much like this with some changes like brawlers in the second group. Offensively it looks amazing but I fear the lack of aro coverage. I really want to get a missile in there but I can't find the swc.
There's no advantage not to if that's what you want. The reason to take Brigada is for the pushing power of the HMG, DTW, and Eclipse grenades.
