Have tried searching the forums but can't find an answer. How do you post pictures? I've tried with Imgur but it's just a link. I haven't posted since the old forums when it was with photobucket. Thanks for any help on what I realise is a very basic question.
Your Problem is Imgur, which doesn't provide a normal jpg picture. I append the picture as file to the post and a link to this file. Other people may use other holster.
In my case, when I try to use the “upload file“ option, I always get the message: There has been an error. The file xxx.jpg cannot be uploaded. Any idea what coud it be? Is there a maximum of uploaded pictures?
I use Imgur. I've not had problems. See here: click on the thumbnail of your image, while you are logged into your Imgur account, to get this image, then copy/paste the BBC code directly into your post, but leave a space between any text and the the BBC code, both before and after. The image should display. Make sure you have Original size selected.
You can also use the circled Button to embed your link as an actual picture. Despite that's the mobile version I'm quite sure that the same button sits on the same spot in the same bracket in the desktop version.
