Conversion: around 3 hours Base color painting 1 hour and a half (most of this time thinking where to put those colors ^^ actual painting is more or less half an hour)

Probably the same way he use 6 eyes on his helmet with only 2 organic eye ^^ PanO do not use ironsight they have camera everywhere :p Next: bad pictures looks better IRL 3 hours torso and red of the cloack
Some custom order tokens: i'm going to put those on magnetic adhesive sheets, I'm looking for something curvy/transparent to put on top
You can get epoxy stickers like these online (shop around as i'm pretty sure i've seen them cheaper from China, even if they take forever and a half to arrive). Print the token sheet twice, cut them out (a 1-inch circular hole punch is handy here), stick them together double-sided around a piece of card or something solid, then stick one sticker to each side. Done, professional-looking custom tokens. In case i haven't been clear enough (i'm about to drop asleep in the next few minutes so i might not make sense), here's a video of this idea:

Always great to see people put time into original projects like this. Your painting and conversions are top notch and the addition of your own tokens is a nice touch. I'm taking careful notes for when I start my Vietnamese Merc gang.
