Since i'm a new player how and where can i obtain the tokens needed to play? I have found the downloadable file to print myself and the initial idea was to print on rigid paper and the plastificate it, to let them be more durable and solid. But any other ideas on how to create my own tokens and/or where i can buy it. I have a 3d printer myself (an mk 3 Prusa) but i'm not findin aniwhere the models of the tokens.
You can buy these 1 inch clear acrylic pendent caps. They are used for jewelry making, then cut out paper tokens fit inside them almost perfect. They have an adhesive inside the paper sticks in there nice. They are pretty durable for the price.
Look up round clear epoxy stickers on Amazon, they are cheap and putting one on each side of a paper token makes it pretty much as good as professional plastic ones Edit - Ninja'd! but yeah those are the ones
If you get a 1 inch round punch it's even easier, print the tokens, punch them out, then stick on an epoxy dome. You can also make double sided tokens with Wound/Unconscious for example
Thanks, i'll give them a try. The downloadable paper are of the right size? I mean they are already 1 inch round if printed in a 100% scale?
They should be, give or take a fraction of a millimeter. If you get a 1-inch hole punch it should be fine
Hello all. I take the opportunity of this thread to ask a question. I am also quite new to infinity and a panoceanian player. I was wondering what are the minimum heavily usefull tokens to have in addition to the folowing ones: command, orders, camo, TO Camo, prone, suppresive fire, wound, mine, fireteam leader (core and haris).
The markers will be 25mm so a 1 inch punch is technically 0.4mm larger, though I imagine you can get 25mm punches too.
I made two sets of the printed sheets and I have more than enough. The only thing my sheet didn’t have was two different colors for regular orders. Having two different colors is helpful to keep your orders of different combat groups separate.
I like this: http://inf-dice.ghostlords.com/markers/ "Create a custom marker sheet by selecting the number and size of each kind of marker you want, along with the size of paper."
