If I have 2 Draals in a link, can I activate Stratuscloud with the one that isn't the leader and move the other? And following that can the one that didn't activate stratuscloud get affected by it?
Stratuscloud is a short movement skill, so yes, multiple Draal could declare it as part of one order. Troops can't mix different movement skills as part of the same short skill in an order, however. Possessing Stratuscloud alone does not make you immune to it's effects -- you only ignore Stratuscloud effects when you are in the Stratuscloud state, so one draal not in the Stratuscloud state can indeed be affect by another Stratuscloud.
