I'm new to Infinity, and I'm learning more and more but I have question: What's the deal with Spec Ops? Are they just customizable profiles?
They're an optional rule, in campaigns they earn XP over time, in tournaments that use them you get 12 XP to spend. In friendly games it's up to you and your opponent if you use them and how much XP you use. Full rules are in the old Campaign Paradiso book which is due for an update but we're not sure when.
