You are forgetting that if you highlight the target first with a FO, it's a +3 & range MODs. This is quite solid defensive piece especially if you are troubled with Camo tokens, since Speculative Fire ignores all other BS MODs except range and template weapons ignore cover.

But yes, comparing to other GL holders, ours is really wanting.

I just want you to know that the Sakiel Box will be out soon.
I just bought some Fraactas for conversion, so the box will definitely be released soon.
If I paint the models quickly, the box should come even sooner.

I have some conversions I need to paint up too. That should help add to the critical mass.

 

As desired here is my Sakiel/Fraacta conversion.
The thing is quite simple, because it's just a head swap with a Gao Tarso (who will get horns in exchange). Additionally, as always, I removed the rocks.
The second conversion will be a little more difficult because I want to replace the weapons here. Unfortunately, Fraacta has his hands on the barrel of the gun. (GaoTarso with Combi vs. Fraacta with Boarding Shotgun)

I'm very happy with the way it looks. I don't have the "normal" goofy Sakiels and I really like the conversion because they actually have stronger armor.
